FAQ & FULLFILLMENT TIMES!

What is the approximate turn around time(TAT)?

Expect your items to ship out within 14 business days. This does not include preorder items, holidays or weekends (Saturday- Sunday). Shipping times are not included in this time-frame. Allow up to 7 business days from email for your order to show initial scan. There may be unexpected delays (ie. weather, inventory shipment delays illness), but we always try to get items out within this time frame. If a delay does occur, we will reach out with a new estimate for fulfillment.

Do items sell out?

Occasionally items/colors sell out before our weekly order can be placed, when this occurs we will reach out to for a substitution. This is a very rare occurrence, but it does happen but we try to update it on our website as soon as possible!

I can't find the custom item I'm looking for on the site, do you offer customs?

We do! Just hit the "Chat With Us" button and we will be glad to assist with all of your custom needs!

What is your refund/cancelation policy?

We do not allow cancelations after an order is placed, as all orders are immediately sent for fulfillment. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are FINAL. If there is an error made by us or a defect, you must let us know within 48 hours of delivery to receive store credit or exchange. No cash refunds will be given, only shop credit. No exceptions.

How do I wash my items?

Clothing items should be washed on delicate with cold water only and hung to dry. I am not liable for any damages from an item being washed or dried. Due to the nature of our bleached shirts, some thinning may occur. This is normal and is NOT considered a defect.

Cups & tumblers should be hand washed in warm water, with a mild detergent. Air dried only. We are not responsible for any damage due to misuse or improper washing methods.

I am not liable for any damages or injuries from use. Items with small parts are not recommended for young children, as they can become a choking hazard. For any further questions on how to care for your products, please feel free to contact us via email.
